Membership
We operate two types of membership:
Full membership provides your venue with either a hand-held or a desktop radio; you can choose which by talking to our Scheme Manager. You will also have access to our secure data area.
Associate Membership only provides you access to our secure data area.
Fees
Our Partnership is funded by fees paid by our members.
Please note we do not charge VAT; the prices shown are what you will pay.
We are advised that your membership fees are tax-deductible.
Current members receive an invoice on the 1st April each year for payment for the coming financial year.
New members are invoiced on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the financial year up to 31st March and will then receive an invoice for the next full financial year.
For the year commencing 1st April 2024 our fees are as follows:
Full membership (with hand held radio) – £380 (£1.05 per day pro rata)
Additional hand held radio – £210
Full membership (desk top radio) – £520
Associate Membership – £190 (55p per day pro rata)
Terms And Conditions
Payment.
Please pay via BACS direct into our bank account (details will be found on your invoice).
1. Membership fees are as shown above.
2. Membership fees will be invoiced annually on 1st April.
3. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. If payment is not received within 30 days, a 2nd invoice with an additional 10% added to the initial invoice amount will be sent to the member and payment of the 2nd invoice must be made within 14 days.
5. If payment is not received within 14 days of the 2nd invoice, a 3rd invoice will be sent out with an additional 20% of the initial invoice amount and payment must be made within 14 days of the date of the 3rd invoice.
6. If payment of the 3rd invoice is not received within 14 days of the date it was sent, the radio will be removed from the member and membership will be suspended.
7. Should the member wish to re-join Ashford Partnership Against Crime at any time after the radio has been removed, there will be a £50 reconnection fee plus the amount on the 3rd invoice which all must be paid IN FULL before membership can recommence.

We will then contact you to confirm receipt of your form, and arrange to send an invoice out to you.
We ask that, wherever possible, membership fees are paid by bank transfer. This keeps our fees to a minimum, and means that more of our funds can be put towards making Ashford a safer place to live, shop, work and socialise.
